      Your application will not be processed until payment has been received. 


    The Rules

     

    To become a full Club member I must:

    • Be nominated by an existing club member and,

    • Pay a joining fee of $15.00 ($30.00 for Joint Membership and or Family Membership) and,

    • Be accepted after a probation period of three months, during which time I must:

    • Attend at least one club event and,

    • Attend at least one Club Night (held on the second Wednesday of every month at the Vintage Car Clubrooms at Heritage Park Maunu 7:30pm)

    I must:

    • Attend the Annual General Meeting (once per year) and any Special General Meeting(s) called.

    • Have a genuine interest Custom cars and Hot Rodding in general.

    • Pay my club subscription fee of $40.00 or Joint club subscription of $70.00 in advance for the upcoming or current financial year and if I choose, become a member of the NZHRA by paying a further $40.00 NZHRA affiliation fee. (NOTE:-NZHRA fees cover the period from 1st July until 30th June the following year).

     

    I must not act in a manner detrimental to the image of the club or the sport of Hot Rodding.

     

    The role of the committee is to:

    • Co-ordinate and run the club (including raising money).

    • Ensure that the members have fun (spending the money).

    • Encourage participation (by using incentives)

    • Keep members informed (monthly news sheet called ‘Rodders Rev Up’)

    • Ensure the constitution is applied in all matters for the good of the club.
